Genki Gumi (Energetic Group) was the Takara fan club for 3-2 Class Mates. I don’t have much information on this but I have an ad in the Wai Wai Times asking for recruitment of Genki Gumi members by cutting a sticker out of the catalog that came with the toys, taping it to a postcard, and mailing it in. 1000 winners were drawn monthly by lottery. It said if you became a member you would receive the Genki Gumi Club Times newsletter, exclusive merchandise, and the Wai Wai Times four times a year. This appears to have lasted until at least winter 1987.

 

The Wai Wai Times (Noisy Times) are pamphlets which contained stories and new information about released toys. This ran until at least Vol. 7
